Analyse project needs, conduct market and competitor research, and formulate competitive pricing strategies to win bids. Engage with clients professionally, showcasing our portfolio and highlighting our achievements to underline our industry prowess. Employ persuasive communication techniques to transform prospects into firm project agreements. Foster and maintain client relations, aiming for satisfaction and opportunities for ongoing partnerships. Focus on generating new business primarily through Upwork, with a keen eye for client needs and customisation of proposals accordingly. Commit to the long-term success of client relationships, ensuring a foundation for future collaborations. Requirements: 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in securing projects on Upwork, with a strong background in freelancing and project acquisition. Demonstrated success as a Bidder on Upwork and Freelancer, with a portfolio of secured projects. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Robust analytical abilities to evaluate project requirements, and market trends, and conduct competitor assessments. Proficient in negotiation, with a track record of successfully closing deals. Highly motivated, with a goal-driven approach and a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets.
